Liverpool’s Pier Head mid 1960s

This is a photo of Liverpool’s Pier Head area showing the Port of Liverpool Building in the centre of the frame, and the statue of Edward VII in front of it. The photo was probably taken in the mid 1960s in the midst of the Mersey Beat era judging by the cars parked in the car park.
