A Photo of a helicopter taking off from an oil rig somewhere in the world, possibly either the North Sea or the Gulf of Mexico which were expanding oil fields at the time this photo was taken. The helicopter is probably a Sikorsky S61which was typically used to transport staff from the rig to the shore and back.

In the distance, other rigs can be seen operating in the oil field.
