Small village in Germany – probably mid 1970s

This looks like a small town square in southern Germany, probably in the Black Forest region.

The large white building with the tower and arches is almost certainly a town hall and its style is typical of towns in the Black Forest region. The bright yellow car is a Trabant 601 and the green car resembles an early Volkswagen Passat.
