This photo was taken at the entrance to Meersburg Castel or Schloss Meersburg in German, in the town of Meersburg, on the shore of Lake Constance. It was probably taken during a holiday in the region by the family of the woman in red seen leaning over the gate (since she has appeared in several other photos from the source I received this photo from).
