The White Mill, Sandwich Kent

This seems to be a photo of the White Mill in Sandwich in Kent that was taken sometime in the 1960s or if not another mill of similar design and construction. There is a bit of doubt in my mind because the other photos I’ve seen of the White mill have is as completely white, whereas this photo is of a mill that is white at the top only – any suggestions for other possibile identificaitons ?
