Robin DR.300/DR.400 series aircraft

This appears to be a photo of a Robin DR.300/DR.400 series aircraft, but the photo suffers a bit from blur, probably caused because the photographer was using a long telephoto lens and the photo was taken at a shutter speed that didn’t quite capture the aircraft clearly. The markings on the wing look like ECC00Z, but that’s not certain, and those markings couldn’t help me identify the aircraft precisely.
