This photo seems to show an Austin A40 Somerset car in pale blue along with its owner, wearing a narrow waist, striped dress, standing next to the front door. The car dates from the mid 1950s and the girl is certainly wearing fashions that point towards the same era, which is confirmed by the slide mount which has June 1959 stamped on it.
