Lower Manhattan skyline late 1970s

This is a classic view of the Lower Manhattan skyline, photographed from across the water probably from Brooklyn Heights or the Brooklyn waterfront, looking west across the East River.

The twin towers of the World Trade Center dominate the photo and since they were completed in 1973, that gives the lower estimate for the date of the photo. Obviously, it must have been taken before 2001, but the general look of it and the age related fungus, suggest that it was probably taken in the late 1970s.
