Vintage car hill climb event – September 1981

I think this photo, taken in September 1981 is from a club hill-climb or vintage car meeting at one of the classic British hill-climb venues, very likely a place like Prescott or Wiscombe Park, or possibly Shelsley Walsh.

The date of 1981, which was printed on the Kodachrome slide mount, confirms that this is not a very old photo of a car taken in the 1930 or similar, but a vintage car rally or meeting.
