Suburban America in July 1974

This is a photo from 1974 America which clearly shows the 1970s in both fashion and the car models in the background behind the woman. The woman’s outfit is especially telling with a Bright tailored jacket, High-waisted, wide-leg patterned trousers and Large sunglasses and bouffant hairstyle. All this is very much peak early-70s fashion.

The cars sitting on the driveway seem to be a Ford F-Series  probably the 1967–1972 model and a late-1960s American saloon car, possibly a Mercury Monterey or Ford Galaxie.
