A Family on a small cabin cruiser

A rather dirty slide of a family on a small cabin cruiser on one of Englands waterways, possibly the Norfolk broads. I would guess the date is the mid 1960s by the clothes the family are wearing and the cine camera that the man in the centre is holding.

I tried to get details of the newspaper that is folded in the photo, but I couldn’t get enough information to pin down the date. All I could make out is the headline is, ‘HEROES UNI…..’ and a picture of what seems to be a group of people with a silver cup. It’s possible this photo was taken in 1966 and it’s the world cup team, or it could be another sporting headline, but I couldn’t be sure.
