This ship has the name Ioulis Keas II on the hull and is flying a Greek flag, but also has the name Royal Catford in blacked out letters above the name. A bit of research finds that the ship was originally a ferry in Liverpool crossing the Mersey, and was sold and renamed as the Ioulis Keas II after her life as a Mersey Ferry.

The fact that she is flying a Greek flag suggests the photo was taken in Greece but this photo came from a set taken in Liverpool, so I’m unsure of the actual location of this photo.
