Small green hovercraft – October 1963

A Kodachrome slide of a man adjusting the engine on a small green hovercraft that was taken in October 1963. The craft is obviously quite small so could probably only take the pilot and possibly two other people, so this probably isn’t a commercial craft, perhaps an experimental craft or one belonging to a University?
