The engine 'Loch' on the Isle of Man railway

This Agfacolor slide from the 1970s shows the engine 'Loch' from the Isle of Man railway, the fireman or driver is in the cabin and a small boy is standing watching the engine. There is a door in front of the engine, so it obviously isn't going to move forward - possibly the train is being prepared for it's run?
