Doing some gardening in the 1950s
A very faded picture of a group of people doing some gardening which I believe was taken in the mid 1950s. To be honest I don't know if they are excavating a bank to get it level or just weeding it, but they are certainly busy! I assume the cylindrical object in the foreground is an incinerator so I guess they are going to burn all the weeds dug up.
