This is a photo which I believe was taken looking across Tino Rossi harbour in Corsica, France on Kodachrome film in June 1993, presumably taken during a holiday on that Island.
There are many boats, and in the background, on the roadway which forms one of the walls to the harbour is a fort like structure which were all clues that helped with the identification.
