The Hotel Milano in a snowy valley

A picture of a Hotel called, Hotel Milano in some mountainous region of probably Italy. I had hoped that the name would allow me to find the exact location easily, but unfortunately the name is used for a whole chain of hotels and therefore doesn’t really help.
